Is it still a called “Royal” show? It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but today the weather was too nice to stay home. They have certainly done some work to the show grounds in the past couple of years. Not nearly as much art, craft and cake decorating as there used to be (in the good old days – pass my walking stick).
We had little Miss M with us – the main reason we went really – and her first visit to the show. She was most taken with the baby animals, and was actually patting them at the end of the day. She was also very taken with the “big” horses – the little shetlands didn’t interest her at all. All in all – a whole lot of fun. It’s on till the 2nd October.
